Pet-Friendly Lodging in Lake City
Well-behaved dogs of every size are welcome at The North Face Lodge. All rooms are on the first floor, the river is an easy walk away, and Lake San Cristobal is a short drive south. We do not offer pet care services, and we appreciate guests with pets respecting the needs and space of others.
$25 per dog, per night, up to $150 per stay. Booking with a dog means you agree to our pet policy, so please read it before you arrive. We have a maximum of three dogs per stay.

Welcome! We are pet friendly. We charge $25/night per pet, or a maximum total of $150, for your pet(s). We ask your cooperation with the following guidelines to ensure a safe, relaxed, and enjoyable stay for all of our guests. By becoming our guest you are automatically agreeing to follow this policy:
Pet(s) shall remain on a leash and within your control at all times while outside of your room on our property to prevent them from causing damage or becoming vocal, disruptive, or aggressive toward staff, guests, or other pets.
Please do not leave your pets unattended in your room. Even well-behaved pets can become disruptive, aggressive, or destructive when off-leash or left alone in an unfamiliar environment.
If your pet disturbs other guests, staff, or other pets, or causes damage, you will be asked to keep your pet with you and/or arrange for pet day care. Pet owner is responsible for any and all damages to property and/or injuries to guests, staff, or other pets.
Leashed pet(s) may join you on the deck. Please be considerate and respectful of others on the deck. Please understand guests and other pets may not want to interact with your pet.
The North Face Lodge is not responsible for pets that escape and leave your room. This is also true if a pet escapes when staff enter your room for maintenance or housekeeping.
Guests are responsible to clean up after pet(s). We have baggies available if needed. Please leave your pet’s “presents” on top of the dumpster.
The North Face Lodge will be entitled to additional charges if your pet causes damage to your room(s) and/or your room(s) require excessive cleaning. Pets are not allowed on the furniture or beds without using a cover to protect the furnishings from hair and smell.
Do not bring your pets with you if they have fleas or ticks. You will be charged an additional amount for cleaning and exterminating your room if fleas or ticks are found upon your departure.
As our guest you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the North Face Lodge, and each of their owners and employees, from any and all liabilities, damage, fines, or costs of any type which may incur as a result of the pet(s); related to your breach of this Agreement; or which third parties may assert or claim against the above representatives of the North Face Lodge as a result of the pet(s). You further agree to release, waive and forever discharge, and covenant to sue, the North Face Lodge and each of their owners, and employees related in any way to this Agreement. The North Face Lodge may, in its sole discretion, require a guest with a pet to find other accommodations immediately if the pet(s) are deemed dangerous, harmful, or disruptive to the enjoyment of other guests, lodge staff, or lodge property.
